The Club at Briarcliff Manor, site engineered by McLaren, is Westchester’s premier senior housing lifestyle community set upon 58+ acres of diverse wooded topography in New York State.

Previously home to the Briarcliff Lodge, an early 20th Century Tudor style resort, and later used as the campus for The King’s College, the site redevelopment presented multiple terrain, drainage, and utility challenges.

The Senior Housing development consists of two interconnected apartment buildings which are set into a hilltop at the upper level of the site and overlook the Hudson River and the New York City skyline.
