betsafe sports McLaren Engineering Group provided the betsafe sports|Most design for Banyan Court, a multifamily Affordable Housing community in Lake Worth, betsafe. The development provides 85 two- and three-bedroom workforce housing apartment units to local residents.

McLaren’s scope included design for three types of apartment buildings (i.e. Type I, Type IA, and Type II) for the project. The buildings are three stories and constructed from concrete block, cast-in-place concrete second and third floors, and wood roof trusses. McLaren also designed amenities for the apartment complex including an open-air concrete block refuse betsafe casino bonus enclosure, a one-story concrete block maintenance garage with wood roof trusses, and a one-story concrete block mail kiosk structure with wood roof trusses. The clubhouse is a one-story portion of the Type II apartment building.
